Right now, most of our clients get their training, their nutrition guidance, and their assessments at different times, in different conversations. It works. But we think it could work better.
This case study puts everything into one 12 week program: a structured assessment, a nutrition plan, and training at a higher frequency than most of our clients currently train. Our hypothesis is simple. We believe this combination, done together and done consistently, produces better results than the piecemeal approach.
We need real participants to find out. That is where you come in.

A case study only works if the people in it are actually able to follow through. Here is how to know if this is right for you.

- ✓ Not currently strength training twice a week or more (Orangetheory, cycling, yoga, and group cardio classes do not count)
- ✓ On a GLP-1 or weight loss medication (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.) and worried about muscle loss
