What we are testing

Most clients get pieces. We want to test the whole thing together.

Right now, most of our clients get their training, their nutrition guidance, and their assessments at different times, in different conversations. It works. But we think it could work better.

This case study puts everything into one 12 week program: a structured assessment, a nutrition plan, and training at a higher frequency than most of our clients currently train. Our hypothesis is simple. We believe this combination, done together and done consistently, produces better results than the piecemeal approach.

We need real participants to find out. That is where you come in.

Eligibility

This is a real commitment. It is not for everyone, and that is on purpose.

A case study only works if the people in it are actually able to follow through. Here is how to know if this is right for you.

You are a fit if
  • 40 or older
  • Not currently strength training twice a week or more (Orangetheory, cycling, yoga, and group cardio classes do not count)
  • On a GLP-1 or weight loss medication (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.) and worried about muscle loss
  • Want to change your body composition, less fat and more muscle, not just lose weight
  • Dealing with pain, stiffness, fatigue, or "I do not feel like myself anymore"
  • Ready to commit three days a week for 12 weeks
Not a fit if
  • Already strength training consistently twice a week or more
  • Looking for drop-in or low commitment
  • Unwilling to follow the program requirements
  • Expecting results without the lifestyle component

Your Kinotek movement assessment maps your compensations, imbalances, and injury risks before we ever load you. At 12 weeks we reassess, so you can see in the data how your movement quality changed.

Up to 40 percent of the weight lost on GLP-1 medications can come from muscle, not fat. Structured resistance training, creatine, and protein, all included here, are the documented way to prevent that.

Up to five others training alongside you, the same coach throughout. They have your Kinotek results, your Fit3D data, and your strength numbers. This is not a class. It is a program built around you.

Before and after movement assessments, Fit3D scans, and strength assessments, plus survey data. You will leave knowing exactly what changed and what it took.

This case study only moves forward with at least 5 committed participants. If we hit that number, every participant who meets the minimum program requirements, including attendance and the other commitments outlined during onboarding, is entered to win their cost back.

Meeting the requirements is what makes you eligible. It is not dependent on what anyone else in the group does once we hit that minimum of 5.
