Small group training at Studio ME is coach-led and built on the same principles that drive everything we do: progressive loading, movement quality, and programming with a purpose. Nobody is guessing, and nobody is going through the motions.
Your coach is in the room for every session, moving through the group, correcting form, adjusting weights, and making sure each person is working at the right intensity. Up to 15 members means real energy and a pace that pulls you forward. It also means your coach knows who you are and notices when something is off.
Some people train best when a room full of people is working hard alongside them. Small group is built for that. You get deliberate programming, a coach who keeps it honest, and a community that makes the early morning or the end-of-day session feel worth it.
