I wish I could give MORE stars, honestly. Studio ME is a truly magical place. I was only in Minneapolis for a month for work, but Lindsay patiently worked with me to set up a schedule for personal training that fit with my schedule and my budget. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and the equipment is all top of the line. The location is convenient and easily accessible. But what makes it so special is THE PEOPLE! Elliot was a perfect match as my trainer. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and just generally a joy to be around. He made difficult and intense workouts a joy as we discussed local restaurant recommendations and the latest episode of Summer House. Lindsay was always quick to come down and say hello and give me a hand-written note or a hug. The one day I couldn't work with Elliot, I got my butt kicked by Chelsea, who kept me smiling and feeling motivated through my absolute least favorite -- LUNGES. I never worked directly with Megan or Alan, but they always said hello and asked me how I was doing when I saw them. I am just getting started on a fitness regimen and I generally don't feel the most comfortable in a gym setting. That was not the case for me at Studio ME. I know that when I find myself back in Minneapolis, I'll never be a stranger there!

Studio Me is such an uplifting, positive , and supportive gym. I’ve been going for about a month and I see positive changes in the way I feel . I really enjoy the attention the coaches give to each and every one of us in the semi-private lesson. I highly recommend Studio Me to anyone that wants to start their fitness journey!

I think many people can relate to my experience with trying to stick to a workout routine. I've tried many on my own and no matter how determined I was to stay with it, I never did. That's why joining Studio ME has made the difference. Knowing I have it scheduled and someone will be there with a consistent plan is what makes the difference for me. It's a welcoming community and it's what I have been looking for. I highly recommend it.

I have been going to Studio ME for two years for semi-private training and am a big fan. My coach, Chelsea, is the best and I love that she cares about my whole wellness journey, not just my two-workouts a week. The whole crew at Studio Me is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I always have a great workout. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a real neighborhood gym!

I joined Studio ME this past August, seeking a focused approach to strength training, and I am thrilled with the results so far. I participate in semi-private strength sessions twice a week, and it has been the perfect fit. I work with Coach Elliot ~ he’s great! He’s knowledgeable, attentive, motivating and non-judgemental. My workouts are specifically designed for me, based on where I'm at in my current strength journey, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m training with the goal of building strength to return to marathon running without injury, and I’m feeling like I’m on the right path! If you’re looking for a fitness environment where you get individualized attention and a truly personalized plan to meet specific long-term goals, I highly recommend Studio ME!
