We do things a bit differently at Studio ME. Fill out the information below and we will get in contact with you. We will talk about your fitness goals, go over any health issues you may have, and then choose the right program for you. From there we will schedule a quick 30 minute, 1 on 1 introductory session to get you comfortable on the equipment before attending your first class. This way you feel comfortable, we can ensure you are using proper form, and we can keep classes moving along. We look forward to speaking with you.
