Shelby first walked through the doors of Studio ME as a member and never looked back! After experiencing the impact of the community and personalized coaching firsthand, she completed the Studio ME mentorship program and joined the team as a coach. Shelby brings that same energy to every session, helping members feel supported, and successful. Outside the gym, you’ll find her working in the garden, hanging out with her dogs, or cross stitching something cool. She loved being a member—but she loves being a coach even more!n goes here
