When our gyms and other businesses shut down over 8 weeks ago, it was easy to say, this will blow over soon. I’ll get back on track or back into my routine at that time.
Well, guess what, it’s not been 8 weeks and we aren’t any closer to getting back to life as we once knew it to be.
