Studio ME’s Small Group Training workouts are designed to shed your unwanted body fat in the shortest amount of time possible while giving you maximum results.

We know group fitness can be intimidating, but you won’t find that at Studio ME. Every person receives a 1 on 1 introductory course and assessments to make sure you are comfortable on the equipment and know what to expect.

Classes are high energy and range from 30 minute express classes to 60 minute power classes that are designed to get you in the best shape of your life in as little time as possible. Because of the variety of classes we offer, there is something on the schedule for everyone. All of our talented instructors will spend time getting to know each and every one of you as well as your fitness and wellbeing goals. We utilize equipment such as the TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettlebells, WaterRower, dumbbells and body to help you create a balanced routine.
