We will use equipment such as the WaterRower, kettlebells, and TRX Suspension Trainers to get lean and strong.

The MEfit Bootcamp program at Studio ME includes:

  • 24 small group sessions meeting every Monday, Wednesday and Friday

  • 10 small group class passes to use at Studio ME at your own convenience within 4 months of starting the program

  • FREE heart rate monitor for live tracking

  • Nutritional guidance

  • Body measurements & 3D Body Scans

  • Monthly fitness assessments

Our MEfit Bootcamp sessions are led by experienced, certified metabolic coaches and are designed to be fun, supportive, challenging all while achieving maximum results in the least amount of time possible.
