And of course, it’s not all about vanity, but it truly is amazing to feel so proud of and confident in your body – and that’s what I want for you!
So, I’ve created a list of my top 10 favorite exercises you can do to create arms and shoulders you can’t wait to show off.
Depending on your comfort level, I recommend using a heavier weight and doing less reps, but if necessary, you can use lighter weights and do more reps. 3-5 sets of everything and let me know how it goes!
